As an Equity Partner, the Investor enters into a term agreement with Ventura Property Investments of up to 24 months This is a more lucrative partnership but requires a minimum investment.

Ventura Property Investments (V.P.I)
Has a partnership fit for you. An Equity Partnership with V.P.I. allows you to determine how involved or how distant you want to be. As an equity partner, not only do you earn 15% interest on funds utilized, but you also get a percentage of asset ownership in exchange for funding (normally 10%). This means you share in the net profits of each project you are vested in. As an equity partner you commit to a term investment, normally a term of 18 to 24 months. During this term your investment is used in a similar way as a revolving account is structured. The benefit is you gain through each individual project with both interest gain and equity gain.
All partnerships place investing partner as first position lien on subject property(s) as well as a fully executed partnership agreement defining all aspects of repayment, percentage of equitable ownership and term of agreement.
